Achiev3D ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Achiev3D collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application.
Overview
Achiev3D is a 3D scanning and collection app that lets you create, store, and display 3D models of physical objects using your iPhone's LiDAR sensor. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Information We Collect
Data You Create
- • 3D models and scans: When you scan objects, the app creates 3D model files (USDZ format) and stores them on your device or in your iCloud account.
- • Metadata: Display names, descriptions, and thumbnails you add or assign to your items.
- • App preferences: Your selected theme (Wood, Metal, or Glass) and other in-app settings.
Data Stored Locally
All of your data is stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We do not transmit your scans, models, or metadata to our servers.

Permissions We Use
Achiev3D requests the following permissions:
- • Camera: Required for LiDAR-based 3D scanning. The camera captures images used to create your 3D models. No images or video are transmitted to us.
- • LiDAR: Used to capture depth data for accurate 3D reconstruction. All processing happens on your device.
iCloud
If you are signed into iCloud, Achiev3D may store your cabinet data (3D models and metadata) in your iCloud account. This allows your data to sync across your devices and persist if you reinstall the app. iCloud usage is subject to Apple's privacy policy and terms.
Data Sharing
- • We do not sell your data.
- • We do not share your data with third parties for advertising, analytics, or marketing.
- • Export: You may export your data as a ZIP backup to the Files app or share it via other apps. You control where and with whom you share exported data.
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account until you delete it or uninstall the app. Deleting items or the app removes the associated data from your device. iCloud data may persist according to Apple's iCloud policies.
Children's Privacy
Achiev3D is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on our website. Your continued use of Achiev3D after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
